Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons taco seasoning

Chipotle Honey Sauce

  • 1–2 chipotles in adobo
  • ½ tablespoon adobo sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

For serving (optional)

  • 12 small tortillas (flour or corn)
  • 4 cups cilantro lime rice (optional)
